WOMEN'S SELF-DEFENSE CLASS

Northern Hills Bujin Ki Ryu has provided this community service since 2015. The class teaches awareness and techniques that could be helpful in dangerous situations or attacks.

“Experts estimate that any woman has a 50/50 chance of stopping an attack when she resists in any way—from talking, yelling, running, or fighting. But, if she’s properly trained in self-defense, she boosts her chances of successfully detering an assault to 75%.”
